he cannot distribute the football at a D3 level, much less at ND. There are only a handful of humans that can run with the ball like him, but he is not a QB

I wouldn't say 'blaming', I'm commenting on what I see; even when they have gave wimbush time, he is not seeing the targets, or not delivering the ball on time
