So, got home early and figured I would DVR (in advance) the ND/BC game. Scrolled through the menu... lots of games... not this one. WTH? Is it ESPN only?

Funny thing is that the wifey and kids were heading to Calgary tomorrow to do some shopping. I invited a bunch of the lads over to watch the game and have some beverages.

There is a very severe fire throughout northern Montana and into southwest Alberta. I got a call to tell me that our ranch was under evacuation warning. Cattle, equipment, tractors, quads and everything else. Hasn't happened yet but I decided to call off the game party... just in case.

Would have been pretty embarrassing to have ten guys show up and no game. Can't find a streaming service to Canada.

Life, eh!! Cheers!

Georgia has a great defense, not just a good one. That's the key thing. Also, the Alabama game was probably an all-time worst performance offensively, that an USC 2014, which was an all-time low for just about anything.

I can see the USC hype, but Stanford and Miami, I'm not sold. Miami has yet to play anybody of consequence so I'm reserving judgment. Stanford, I'm not buying. They're quite apparently not a good team, just as they weren't one last year, but this year, they don't have McCaffrey or Thomas to bail them out. The passing game is atrocious and their front 7 on defense is average at best.

This game should not be close. BC has a quality tandem of ends, but they're nowhere close to Georgia in terms of all-around defensive talent. ND takes it 41-7 over Fredo.

As for Sparty later, keep in mind that the two teams they've beaten, Bowling Green and Western Michigan are a combined 0-4; Bowling Green also having lost to South Dakota (not South Dakota STATE, just South Dakota, who is a mediocre FCS program). Revenge is on the mind, no excuses. That will be a blowout.

Think TSN may be streaming it on TSN GO. Game is ABC/ESPN so was surprised to see Wisconsin/BYU trump the ND/BC game in our region. You live in Edmonton BTW?

49-10 ND. I would actually like to see ND play like they are pissed off instead of conservative. EQ needs to have a big day (I have him on fantasy football team) and it would be nice to see some reserves in the 4th quarter.

My accountant called me a "Gentleman Rancher". Apparently, it means that I have land, cattle and equipment but pay others to do all the work. It was my retirement goal to ranch and I got into the game about 12 years ago.

Found out it was way too much work. I have become lazy or smart. Did not want to confuse anyone that thought I actually know what I'm doing. Cheers!

Took our boys -13.5 today. Call me crazy but I think they'll blow BC out. We're gonna run right through them and this D is much improved. BCs QB issue will be exposed today. 41-13ish.

Kelly/Chip need to get this offense confident for MSU next week.. I feel a pressed gas pedal coming on.
