the funniest is when Will Fuller catches a TD and they jump to David and his family celebrating with no context or mentoin of him whatsoever

With Redfield/Sebastian out I think that they will start Farley/Shumate with Russell/Luke. My question is do they move Baratti in and let Farley/Butler play Nickle?

We know they are going to pass the ball. Hopefully these guys get good playing time and play well.

He's not out...will most likely be starting this weekend

I'm assuming they wanted to sit him due to the fact that he is struggling to tackle with the thumb injury. Don't really need a ball hawk if you are playing an option team.

After re-watching the GT game last night, I would like to see two primary items worked on before this game:

O-Line chemistry

Tight-End routes

It seems that the O-line has lost some of its identity on a balance of run/pass work. One cannot deny they get an A on running plays but, a B- at best when protecting the pass. I believe this comes from having to work with three different QBs in the past 4 games and should come around. The penalties I believe are also due to different voices calling signals behind the line.

With Smythe out, Jones needs to get in there and make this his position. I believe he will have a significant role in a matter of days when Clemson rolls in and Especially against U$C.

I simply would like to see us play well, but understand that I think the coach's will have their work cut out for them this week to ensure the guys are locked in.

gotta be tough for them to not look ahead to next week, but need this week to work out some of the kinks and get experience for the newbies that have had to be plugged in due to the injuries.

just hope we can make it a week without another major injury!!

I really miss Mayock. Thought he was outstanding and broke things down very clearly.

Yeah I really don't like Flutie. I understand why they made the change to appeal to the common fan but for people like us that understand football Mayock was the man.

Why couldn't they have done a Mayock and Flutie, or Mayock and Bettis? Though Bettis may actually work for a different network, so I may be off with that one. I have liked the pregame and halftime show with Vilma though, he has been a pleasant surprise as far as I am concerned. I just don't understand why NBC can't get this one right?

As far as the knowledge of the game, Mayock was great. The only issue I had with him is it seemed to me he went out of his way a little too much to try and be "neutral." In fact, I thought he tried so hard sometimes it was almost like he was cheering for the opponent. But I do like him better than Flutie by a mile.
