True, but still willing to chalk that one up to a brain fart by this team. We looked pretty good in the other two games. I would say Texas should beat UVA and GT would probably roll them, yet ND handled them both fairly easily.

They should never throw. Maybe once or twice a game chuck one deep to keep the defense honest or if they catch them sleeping. That's like the opposite of my overall philosophy about football, but if you recruit and structure your whole program on this triple option, just run the damn ball and don't try to be cute.

I'm not big on game to game analysis but if that's what we're doing here, then Duke (who lost to NW) is going to beat GT. UVA has been routed by every other FBS team they've played and Texas lost to Cal (another not good team). So what's your point?
