The problem is leaving your feet.

Everytime you leave your feet, there's a risk. You increase your amount of exposures, you're asking for it.

If I were a coach, I would absolutely forbid jump celebrations (including jumping on teammates backs).

That shit is soooo unnecessary.

I don't recall any of Bama's players ever getting injured during a jump celebration or jumping on each other's backs, but I cringe and hold my breath every time they do it. Just too much risk of a stupid injury and I'd ban my players from doing it too.
