Student section is 110 to 107 if I'm remembering correctly. But I didn't go to a single game last year.

The only time I went to Purdue was during my junior year when Clausen hit Rudolph on 4th down for the win. The student section was tossing around an inflatable penis during the game. I found that rather amusing.

Purdue DT Brandon Taylor no longer with team - CBSSports.com

Tom Fornelli 7/24

Purdue was already entering the 2013 season with the daunting task of replacing Kawann Short on its defensive line, and now the Boilermakers find themselves with one less option.

Coach Darrell Hazell confirmed at Big Ten media days on Wednesday that senior defensive tackle Brandon Taylor has left the team due to academics.

Taylor played in ten games for the Boilermakers last season, making 11 tackles with 1.5 tackles for loss and a half sack. His role was expected to grow in 2013 as he was a projected starter on the unit.

The good news for Hazell and Purdue is that Bruce Gaston is back in 2013 and will line up at one tackle spot. The second spot will likely go to Ryan Isaac, Eric McDaniel, Ryan Watson or Michael Rouse. Of those four Isaac has the most experience, as he's played in 26 games the last three years, compiling 30 tackles.

Hey guys! Me and some buddies are thinking about going to this game, but we don't know exactly how many of us there will be. If we buy some tickets now, then others later, and they aren't together, does anyone know how easy it is to move around at the Boilermaker stadium? Is it packed and assigned seating, or is it bleachers where it is easy for people with different tickets to sit together? Thanks!

(I'd assume by the third quarter half the Purdue faithful will be gone in a blowout, but I'm more wondering about the start of the game)

I went last time ND was there. I was packed in shoulder-to-shoulder and simple moving was though.

I've only ever been able to move intra-stadium at like MAC games.

Their only score was the result of a muffed punt that gave them the ball on like the 12.

It's the 4th quarter and Purdue has 168 total yards.

I bet they'll play us harder in 3 weeks, I'm sure, and we'll be criticized for it.

They have a good coach, they'll get better.

But then again, Tim Beckman is a good coach and Illinois was a dumpster fire last season.

Racial similarities aside, I already see Hazell going the route of Turner Gill. Turned around a bottom feeding directional school, gets anointed the next big thing, fails miserably.....

We should...

They aren't good at all. I want to see the Offense put up big score board numbers.
