Same here. After the TA&M game, I was so thrilled and looked forward to watching every game with excitement on the way to a 12-0 or an 11-1 season with a deep dive into the playoffs. That all went up in smoke. Notre Dame football is a bitch. I am so done with Notre Dame football that I don't intend to renew my subscription to Irish Envy.
Good luck getting your refund...

Their safety, Dylan Theinemann; sounds like Zibby. Some elite team will try to poach him w/ money but his brother played at PU as well so I suspect he remains loyal.

There’s a Karlaftis on their defense too. Not as elite as older brother George but knowing ND they’ll allow him to make plays so Nessler/Danielson can have something else to talk about.

Coach-speak? Or Prister losing his fastball? 🤔

I'd bet on the former.

Huge thumbs down if Freeman trots an injured Leonard out there Saturday. Wonder what Tressel is telling him to do.

Wasn't there chatter of ND making a run at him?

I mean the same thing happened w/ Howard Cross. Fans were told they were pissing down their leg about his faux injury after most beat writers concluded there had to be at least a nagging injury. Then Cross barely plays (compared to his usual # of snaps) vs aTm and still don’t look like the Cross from last year despite playing more snaps vs NIU.

So either these previously highly though of impact players/captains are truly injured or they’ve regressed horribly under this coaching staff.

Purdue has a gauntlet of a schedule this year. They could be lightyears better than last year w/ a similar record.

That’ll go over well w/ the fanbase after ND loses, ”I know they finished 4-8 but you don’t understand, they are waaaay better than last year’s PU squad”

Purdue will most likely finish with 3-4 wins...but they are certainly much better than they were last year. Especially on offense.

Was pleasantly surprised your safety stayed after last season. I figured he would have a lot of schools offering him to transfer.
