Me too. I bet with the opportunities there will be for some new faces to see the field, a new star/some new stars may emerge. I'm really excited. Just realized that Oklahoma lost to Texas last year and still made the CFP. Let's hope our D comes on!! Of course we don't have a conference championship like OU did, but let's see what happens.

ND will not make the playoffs. This defense is soooo poorly coached and the scheme is so bad, Texas will not be the only L.

You may be right but one can hope. It starts with Nevada and this D can only get better.

Not so fast, my friend. I severely underestimated our coaching staff's ability to come up with inventive ways to throw the game against Texas. Anything could happen. Base out of a 2-1-8? Better believe van Gorder is considering it. QB rotation with Gummi van Gorder? He's apparently quite the leader in the locker room, and it just wouldn't be fair to let the obviously better players get all the reps.

I'm here in SB and they say probably some morning rain but clearing out before noon. Should be perfect weather.
BTW, tix are dirt cheap on the street.

Ought to change that back to "Community Mod". Others were frequently changing it for me for a while, so I gave up on keeping up with it.

And FWIW, I'm being sarcastic. Just still smarting from Sunday's loss a bit.

Might not be a bad idea. That way the DTs don't have to spend time dropping into coverage, they're already in their coverage set. Gives them more time to react to covering the slot receivers.

If we win, am I the only one that hopes trick shot Monday is forgotten about? It got boring last year and has ran it's course. All down hill from here.

It started to get lame in year 2, not even sure how many years they have been doing it
