Most posters on here recognize the humanitarian crisis that citizens in Ukraine are suffering in live-time, and feel for their plight without virtue signaling or using their struggle as political posturing. Most posters on here want a resolution that involves an immediate ceasefire and withdrawal of Russian troops, not escalation or the hope more people will die. Most posters on here do not view the general Russian populace as deserving of the suffering that is already crippling their economic existence, nor the disposal of young men forced to die for a despot. Most posters on here have a nuanced understanding of politics and global affairs, and are discussing what is happening in Ukraine with differing opinions and anecdotes. But only a few feel cozy writing sh*t comments like “Congrats on rooting for millions to die” and referring to Ukrainians being “jailsexed”.

My sole quibble with your post, and it may be "de minimis" is that the prism is 100% NARCISSISM, in which arrogance is a "lesser included offense."
But I may be incorrect. You have, indeed, succinctly summarized the weight of opinion on this board.
