Yeah, that's what I'm thinking as well.
If he was done w/ ND as a whole, I'm sure his Dad would have tweeted something by now.
If the aforementioned theory is correct, I doubt we hear anything today more likely we'll get an update from BK tomorrow.

This was my first reaction too. I mean, it could be about anything, right?

But then I looked at his tweets and he doesn't tweet about too much non-football stuff, or at least hasn't recently. I'm hopeful that this tweet means that his case is progressing.
