Fiesta...with some spicy salsa and hot sauce...mmm, now I'm hungry.
I don't know the real answer but, instinctively, only the first of those three things sounds good.So what is the difference between a Fiesta, Mexican, and a Taco omelette?
Nay. Hall's Chop House in Charleston #GOAT
Hardly the same. Mrs. Wilkes' is a M-F, lunch-only, "momma's kitchen" fried chicken place. Hall's is a pay-out-your-ears steakhouse.
I don't know if I "get" steakhouses. If you have a local butcher and/or farm, you can get the same quality beef and cook it yourself for less than 1/4 the price. A good steak doesn't need anything more than salt, pepper, and a good hot sear.Their dinner is incredible too though. Far superior to your typical east coast or Chicagoland expensive steakhouse.
Sorry, I mistakenly thought we were talking about all southern style breakfast food. The Gospel Brunch at Hall's is unreal.

Steak sauce, like jazz flute, is for fairy boys.FIFY
One of Morton’s restaurant managers recently observed, with some attitude, that customers who ask for sauce are usually the ones who order their steaks medium-well or well-done.
Red beans and Rice... Collard Greens... Pepper Jack and Green Chile South West style Grits... Cornbread... Smoked ribs... I can do those with the best of them... Love a good hot link...

Free association... cajun... andouille... sausage! What a miraculous food... Portuguese chourico is my personal favorite, having grown up on the Portuguese capital of the US (Rhode Island).Let's talk real southern food CAJUN! Jambalaya, Dirty Rice.............yes please
Roasted with poultry herbs would be safe but delicious. I'd recommend confit if you had the legs, but it's not as effective with the breast.Anyone have experience with goose breast? I have about 12 Canada Goose breasts that I need to cook but not sure how.

Be careful with that... if you leave it in the slow cooker too long you can actually take the bones way too far and you'll end up with little shards of bone shrapnel in your meat.Only way I've ever eaten CG and was able to tolerate it was by putting it in a slow cooker and preparing it like pulled pork with lots a bbq sauce. The other alternative is to turn it into jerky. Also merinating it in 7up seems to help take away some of the gamey taste.

Either way, it debunks the nonsense Reddit rumor that the players got kicked out of school and were already home.Looks like the scout team
The experience is entirely dependent on who you sit with. Best case scenario is you're lucky enough to get a FANTASTICALLY southern bunch of people at your table who say things like "ooooh child," and "lawdy lawdy," and "bless your heart."The interior of that place, and the serving style, reminds me of the Apple Barn in Gatlinburg, TN. I love that place.
