Wow, I thought he had already passed away. He and Chris are dancin' in heaven. Couldn't find the scene, this is the best I could do

GOAT WWE announcer Howard "Fink" Finkel passed away at 69. Dude was a legend.
This was super crazy. Just last night I watched Cesaro's debut match in FCW, which used to be WWE's developmental territory. I heard Cesaro announced, and I thought "Holy crap, what is the Fink doing announcing nobodies?" Apparently after he stepped away from the big time ring announcing he did some work for WWE's developmental areas as well as behind the scenes stuff. I was watching the match because supposedly the guy he was facing, Mike Dalton, was about to get canned but he sold Cesaro's uppercut so well they gave him a second chance and he's still wrestling today.
WWE's Tribute was posted earlier today:

One of the last WWE live introductions the Fink did was for CM Punk at the 2011 Survivor Series. He got a huge pop when he came out, fans chanting his name. He was the in ring voice of the 80s and 90s wrestling, the Michael Buffer of the WWF.
