I personal favorite was Dee Liner, who ironically enough played defensive tackle

Mouse Cop

Jonathan Smoochie-Wallace

But seriously my favorite actual recruit name was the defensive lineman Dee Liner.

Edit: missed that one by a couple hours lol

On the top of my list would be D i c k Trickle. I know it's supposed to be about recruits, but this is as close as it gets for me to be able to use his name in a conversation.

Ole D i c k was a NASCAR driver for those of you that didn't know.

If only Tom Hammond were here....

Don't worry, I called ol' Hammond up and he provided the pronunciations in bold (I apologize if any of those are actually right)

Keeping with the Key and Peele theme, I think Hammond learned from Mr. Garvey

Oh, and Hingle McCringleberry was gold.

No mention of the (in)famous Ha Ha Clinton-Dix?

It works on so many levels.

Hiawatha Francisco

A very Long Fellow kinda name.

A sensibly pleasing metric.

It flows and tumbles as a waterfall.

With a Pacific touch.

I hadn't thought of it this way:

I always thought of a railroad company when I heard his name.

Now a days, it would make a killer name for a craft beer.

I like both "takes."

Royalties could be involved.

.

Football and railroads - I always think of Stanford, which would go along with the residence hall theme names. Unfortunately, I couldn't find a Stanford in the 2015 recruits.

But, among those, how about Natereace Strong or Stoney Hawkins for craft beer names?
