PR: John Goodman/Austin Collinsworth
I'd like to point out how awesome that 2-deep looks and how good it looks for the future.
I don't like Goodman at punt returner. I heard on the broadcast that he is averaging 1.4 yards per return. I think that we'll probably see DaVaris Daniels there next year.
Anyway, about the schedule...
South Florida - They were pretty subpar this year. They have an offseason to change that, so we could see a bit of a struggle in week one.
Michigan - It's in the Big House. Who knows? Michigan returns 10 starters (only missing their center), including Robinson. Perhaps another shootout.
Michigan State - They lose some key players, but should still be a solid 8-9 win program next year. It's at home, which helps.
Pittsburgh - With the recent Haywood arrest, Pitt is very much in doubt. They'll be missing Baldwin, but still have the Lewis/Graham combination. Could be a tough one.
Purdue - Might be difficult. Probably our easiest game of the early season.
Air Force - Tricky team. Run that triple option. Could be a trap game.
USC - Lots of talent, but it's Kiffin.
Navy - Tricky. You all know why.
Wake Forest - They suck. Easiest game on the 2011 schedule.
Maryland - Who will be at the head? Rich Rod? Mike Leach? Lots of questions to be answered.
Boston College - They really sucked when we played them, but they finished strong. Chase Rettig is no slouch, and their young team should return improved in 2011. Look out for Luke Kuechly.
Stanford - Do they have Harbaugh? If so, it will be the toughest game outside of Michigan (yeah, I said it) next year.
