Back around 2000 when diversity programs were starting, Sallie Mae started one. All employees were required to attend. I went to my scheduled diversity training in the auditorium. Session ended around lunchtime. I kind of chuckled afterwards when I noticed those of Indian descent, Asian descent and blacks went to lunch with their own. Lol

I found the study abstract. The study itself seems to be behind a pay wall. The abstract did not mention any of the supposedly block buster conclusions the poster on twitter presents. With that in mind I would take that summation with a bit more than a grain of salt.
Based on my own personal experience, if the white dude who the Hispanic chick brings home is a redneck dummy they end up getting married.

I'd say a poll of 7 million is pretty accurate. It's called ethnic nepotism. It is still the primary reason why those of a certain ethnicity prefer their own. They tend to share the same values and feel more comfortable with them. There's nothing wrong with that if that's what they prefer. They key isn't getting everyone to be one big happy group. They key is just getting everyone to better understand the others and accept them for who they are.

Poor people can succeed multiple times and get drug back down.
In extreme cases your only avenue is to completely "sell out" and cut off ties if only to be a normal functioning member of society.
I have always said rich people go to rehab, poor people go to jail. Same drugs are in the system of the mothers (and babies) at the rich hospital as the poor hospital - one set is prescribed and the other is not. Money doesn't make the man (or woman).
