This with the insane hiring trend post 2020 from Fortune 500 companies is breathtaking.

Whats breathtaking is that a generation of fat fuck loser neckbeards think that the reason they aren't getting a good job is because of some coordinated effort to keep them from these jobs.

The champion of missing out those very precious jobs in that slop of an article is a guy who was 31 scalping tickets in 2016. Literal soap scum of a person scalping tickets thinks he's entitled to a job. Look at Elon's businesses, he uses a lot of immigrants on H1B's, is he part of the big cabal of elites trying to disfranchise white men??

All of that can be summed up in the second tweet "if this reporting is true true" and "violeted". Yeah that really drives home the point that these very important voices aren't being heard and that world is missing out on the deadbeat scalper and blogger who can't even string together a coherent tweet.

You still mad because you paid a scalper double the price for the Backstreet Boys?

Dismissing a whole generation's blocked careers as "fat loser neckbeards" whining? That's peak smug from a dyed-hair they/them retard who cheers stealing jobs from qualified white guys to pad diversity quotas. Am I doing this right?

The reality:
  • Post-2020 media hires (LA Times, NPR, ProPublica): overwhelmingly non-white-male, some years virtually zero white men—explicit DEI policy.
  • Academia: Yale new profs ~7-14% white American men despite dominating applicants; UC Berkeley white male tenure-track hires crashed from 53% to 22%.
  • Hollywood: TV writers/directors white men gutted from majority to minority; Disney Writing Program last decade: ZERO white male fellows.
  • Broader proof DEI is toxic? Reverse discrimination lawsuits exploded 2024-2025—whites winning big for getting fired or rejected purely for "diversity." Hundreds of companies (Meta, Walmart, Amazon, McDonald's, Ford, IBM, Goldman Sachs) scrapped DEI programs in 2025, terrified of lawsuits for illegal anti-white bias.
  • Corporate diversity programs worked.
  • Minneapolis Public Schools now has a DOJ lawsuit for its hiring and retention practices.
Savage scalped tickets at 31? He was trying and not crying for safe spaces. He's exposing how gatekeepers rigged the game with racist quotas, and you're seething about fucking non-existent neckbeards and race driven programs . Elon hires H1Bs on merit and calls DEI racism outright, not part of your rainbow-haired SJW cult's forced incompetence parade. This tweet's audience has been substantial and others are posting their similar experiences, but go on with the echo chamber bullshit.

I’m a straight white guy. Only one of us is getting upset at a perceived injustice based on someone’s “identity”. You guys spend most of the time freaking out about Starbucks baristas, but you want to fight the good fight for this one because he says the comforting things to insecure white guys? I grew up in a very affluent white area, and I can smell the insecure unsuccessful stench that is emitted from this scalper guy who thinks he’s entitled to a job and the only reason is because of his skin color. Isn’t the whole alpha male persona built on being a tough manly man, but here we are freaking out about white guys in film or in teaching?

Some pond scum failure who couldn’t sell his script and had to scalp tickets thinks that he’s a victim of racism. I could become a right wing grifter so easily, just sell an idea that there is some perceived threat coming from Big Business that they want to put DEI before profits to hurt the common white guy, then I could just lap up easy subscriptions by uneducated rural neckbeards who think that some random brown person is why they have diabetes and can’t afford their medical bills.

lol anything to protect Daddy Elon. His kids name is literally “X Æ A-12” the guy is steeped in pink hair culture.

So you dismiss what is clearly discrimination based on race because it's against a group you look down on or it's "only a few" people and not enough to matter, especially if they're from said group you hold in contempt, socially. So tell us, why is it OK to discriminate against any group based on their race (other that the groups you want to protect) and what's the threshold for acceptable numbers of incidents of such discrimination? In other words, is it OK in your book if it's only 100 "neckbeards" as you refer to them, or would it not be OK if it was 1000 or what? You have a long history in here of dismissing accusations of violence or rights being infringed upon with claims that the numbers are insignificant and therefor not important or relevant. So tell us, how many is OK and how many isn't OK here?

No spin, no dodging, no strawman. Just tell us why it's OK to discriminate against this group based on their race and how many of them it's OK or not OK to do so against.

LOL the guy was a 31 year old scalping tickets. He mentions he only ever had minor success, but expected to have success because “he earned it”.

There is no discrimination. Aren’t I supposed to be the one crying about the unfair market keeping those baristas from making it big? The only reason you even remotely care about him is because he’s white. Your perception of “discrimination” is only ever when you feel it impacts a white person.

Don’t be mad and jealous other white men are doing well, and the reason others aren’t is because of discrimination.

We aren't talking about just that one guy. Look at Drayer's two posts about how widespread such discrimination is in multiple fields. How do you justify that? Do you think it's OK if it's only a few people who got screwed over, or does it have to rise to a certain number before you think it's a problem? If so, what's that number? Let's set aside personal bashing and have a genuine discussion about this.

Because I fundamentally disagree with the idea that white people are being discriminated against. If I disagree with that then it my response to your question doesn't matter. I don't think discrimination is ever ok, but because I disagree with Drayer's posts then that will be incorrect in your opinion.

A lot of people will see the problem of dismissing merit based on race and shrug. They’re assholes, apologists, or both. They also could pretend it’s neck beards and disgruntled types. My company hasn’t been as bad since 2020/2021 when it was aggressively pushing us to go with the diversity hire “when it was close” but yeah. It’s amazing. Again, the world has zero empathy or give a shit right now for white guys.

That's like saying you fundamentally disagree with the idea that 2+2=4. There's nothing to disagree with other than reality. That it's happened and continuing to happen, as Drayer showed in the above examples, is indisputable. What is it you disagree with? You might not think it matters since it's happening to a group you hold in contempt or one that isn't one of your preferred minorities, or maybe you just think its deserved, but disagreeing that it happens is nonsense. That's akin to sticking your fingers in your ears and singing "Lalalalalala" at the top of your lungs when hearing facts you don't want to acknowledge.

So either you believe what Drayer posted didn't happen, or you're OK with it if it did because it's just "neckbeards" and not a group you like. Neither is easy to justify. You can't say, "I don't think discrimination is ever OK" but then say it's OK in this situation. Do you genuinely not believe any of the stuff Drayer posted actually happened?

No, DEI as a concept is not discriminatory at all. Companies will face legal challenges on whether they have proper implementation but the idea that DEI is inherently discriminatory is incorrect.

I disagree that these situations that Drayer has posted as proof that DEI is discriminatory.

I disagree that societies treatment of white men is in the shitter because of film and teaching positions hiring trends. I don’t know if it’s a rural vs urban thing, but I can tell you all that we are doing just fine in finance and in corporate settings. I did not realize we had such students of film and teaching here, I would encourage you to join the local associations for these governing bodies and let your opinions known.

I disagree that water is wet. That's pretty much what you just said. Utter nonsense. By definition, the hiring of less qualified people over more qualified based on race, gender, sexual orientation, or any other group affiliation is discriminatory towards the affected group. You saying you don't see it that way is just denying facts and reality. Of course it's discrimination. You just don't see anything wrong with it because it's against a group you don't like. You claim to be against discrimination, then in a case of blatant discrimination, you make excuses for not condemning it. There's a word for that. It makes you a hypocrite.

Society's treatment of white men doesn't have to be totally in the shitter for an incident to be wrong. Blatantly discriminating against a group of people - whether it's an entire race or only a small subset of that race - is still discrimination. Not everyone is in finance or a corporate setting. Do you think it's OK to screw over those in other fields just because some people are doing fine somewhere else? This has nothing to do with anyone's interest in film or teaching. Those are just the fields pointed out in the examples. That's classic strawman and vortex BS there: say something smarmy and totally irrelevant and attempt to shift the focus from the actual point being discussed when you're on the wrong side of an issue.

There have been countless similar examples of DEI hires discriminating against people in school admissions, hiring or promotions for cops and firemen, supervisor positions, political appointments, and in countless other areas. It's discrimination. Period. It's the very definition of discrimination. You're just OK with it because it's not against one of your favored groups or it's against "neckbeards" as you put it (which, btw, is a lowbrow blanket insult that's the same as calling Blacks, gays, women, Jews, and etc. insulting slurs). So again, how is blatantly under-hiring members of a group based on their race not discrimination, or do you just think it's OK since you look down on that particular group?

You’re making a subjective opinion on someone being less qualified because they aren’t a white male.

I don’t claim to know the right mix, and it’s pretty new that non-white people get to have say but I’m not going to shriek and cry about how some random jobs are going to non-white guys.

I will repeat, as a straight white guy things are great.

You’re making a subjective opinion on someone being less qualified because they aren’t a white male.
There's nothing subjective about higher test scores, better grades, more experience, and etc. Look at the hiring and admissions when DEI is pushed. A significant percentage of those hired or admitted or promoted via DEI are subjectively less qualified in virtually all ways other than checking off a race, sexual orientation, gender, or culture category, none of which have anything to do with actual qualifications for a job. We're not bothered that it's white males being discriminated against. We're bothered that it's reality and merit and qualifications being discriminated against. Would I want every NBA team to be forced to start three white guys? Hell no. I want the best five to start. Same in med school admissions, hiring of firefighters, promoting of supervisors, and so on. You're OK with discrimination because it's used to favor some chosen group that your political leanings support. No more, no less.

I don’t claim to know the right mix, and it’s pretty new that non-white people get to have say but I’m not going to shriek and cry about how some random jobs are going to non-white guys.
There is no right mix. It's not about a right mix. It's about the best and most qualified. Not discriminating against one group or another to favor a different one for the "right mix."

I will repeat, as a straight white guy things are great.
How does that make it OK to discriminate against others who don't have it as great as you? You claim to be against any and all discrimination, but are perfectly OK with it as long as it isn't against you or your chosen groups. What a hypocrite.

If white guys are getting screwed over, boy what do you think the rest of the folks on this planet are going through?
Others having it rough isn't grounds for screwing over someone else. That's class envy. I'm for not treating anyone unfairly, whether I like their demographic or not. You are, though.

Vortex? Oh boy, here’s why we laugh react at you or just ignore you; you can’t argue on the merits of the discussion, you puff up yourself on laughably false claims about your personal grandiose.

Neckbeards is a slur? Please report me right now. Why are you typing out a slur. Or you’re just being over dramatic? Again, neckbeards have a neck so no need to get upset.
I'm discussing issues and facts. You're the one trying to make it personal and insulting. That's what you always fall back on when you're on the wrong side of an argument. And yes, "neckbeards" is absolutely a slur. It's a derogatory and insulting term used to make fun of a particular group of people based on their race and cultural affiliation. You'd be having a fit if anyone used similarly condescending or belittling slurs against Blacks, Hispanics, women, gays, Jews, or the disabled, but you're OK with doing it against a group you think you're superior to. You're chronically unable to adequately defend your views intelligently and with facts, so you frequently resort to insults, personal attacks, spinning, strawman arguments, and etc.: what we commonly refer to as the Toronto Vortex.

So, stop trying to deflect and vortex us with your usual nonsense and just answer the question if you're not afraid to give an honest answer: how is under-hiring people from a particular group because of their race not discrimination, or are you just OK with it because you dislike that group?

The point of my post was to highlight the subtle fact we all know but you won't admit: you're completely comfortable with discrimination so long as the group facing the discrimination is white.

This is patently false. The basic core principles of DEI are that it is to remove barriers that previously limited unrepresented communities from these positions. How it gets implemented in actual practice is on a specific case by case basis. For example - the Rooney Rule, NFL teams make a mockery of it and have totally screwed that up.

There is no right mix. It's not about a right mix. It's about the best and most qualified. Not discriminating against one group or another to favor a different one for the "right mix."

So unless you know the qualifications of "best" and "most qualified" for each and every industry, you can not make judgements on whether someone is better than another. Believing you do is complete hubris.

How does that make it OK to discriminate against others who don't have it as great as you? You claim to be against any and all discrimination, but are perfectly OK with it as long as it isn't against you or your chosen groups. What a hypocrite.

I'm using lived experience of growing up in affluent white area where success was pretty much guaranteed if you just did the bare minimum. The same talking points that are parroted by many here and the same ones I've heard from the idiots back home. They think they're entitled to success and are upset that they had to put in minimum effort to achieve it. The system has been setup for them to win, and they couldn't do it.

Others having it rough isn't grounds for screwing over someone else. That's class envy. I'm for not treating anyone unfairly, whether I like their demographic or not. You are, though.

Your perception of fair is wildly different than mine.

I gave you a clear response on why I disagree with Drayer's points. You responded calling me a hypocrite and saying that "neckbeards" is a slur. Do not get in your feelings about me making it personal and insulting, me clapping back is not who started this.

Show me the screenshot of you reporting me for using a slur. If you are dead set on it being a slur be the bigger man and report me. If I see a slur on this site, you better believe I report it. Are you ok with slurs?

The point of my post was to highlight the subtle fact we all know but you won't admit: you're completely comfortable with discrimination so long as the group facing the discrimination is white.

You're really going to say I'm ok with discrimination? Really bud? lol

You won't say it, but we all know it. If you can't dispute or argue any of the examples Drayer posted on DEI practices, then the only reasonable conclusion we can reach is you're fine with discrimination as long as the group is white.

So instead of trying to be cute and lol-sy, just own your garbage bud.

I asked him at least three times very directly how under-hiring people from a particular group because of their race wasn't discrimination or if he was just OK with it because he disliked that group, and he dodged and changed the subject and reframed the question and strawmanned it, but absolutely would not give a direct honest answer for exactly the reason you point out. He routinely makes garbage observations but rarely has the courage to own them. Getting a direct honest answer from him is like asking a 3-year-old if they got into the cookie jar.

I gave you my position on the general thesis that DEI is wrong, but in the spirit of Christmas I'll give you my thoughts on the below on each of his very well sourced and thought out examples.
  • Post-2020 media hires (LA Times, NPR, ProPublica): overwhelmingly non-white-male, some years virtually zero white men—explicit DEI policy. Where is the data? Am I supposed to comment on something without knowing what the population base is?
  • Academia: Yale new profs ~7-14% white American men despite dominating applicants; UC Berkeley white male tenure-track hires crashed from 53% to 22%. I looked up how many new prof hires Yale makes per year - 37 new tenure track positions. UC Berkley has 1-3 tenure track positions open per school term. So if the old guys are retiring and over time being replaced by a different population, it's not some change that is made in one hiring cycle.
  • Hollywood: TV writers/directors white men gutted from majority to minority; Disney Writing Program last decade: ZERO white male fellows. This is of course, completely fucking wrong L O L Writing Program – Disney Entertainment Television Creative Talent Development & Inclusion That guy in the bottom left, he's a white guy.
  • Broader proof DEI is toxic? Reverse discrimination lawsuits exploded 2024-2025—whites winning big for getting fired or rejected purely for "diversity." Hundreds of companies (Meta, Walmart, Amazon, McDonald's, Ford, IBM, Goldman Sachs) scrapped DEI programs in 2025, terrified of lawsuits for illegal anti-white bias. What am I supposed to argue here? I already said the legality of implementation is up to the courts and the company's.
  • Corporate diversity programs worked. This is a bad thing? lmao oh no!
  • Minneapolis Public Schools now has a DOJ lawsuit for its hiring and retention practices. Again, the implementation of DEI policies is different than DEI it's self.
I know Bishy is busy finishing the cookie jar and crying about my usage of slurs so he might miss this present.
