I think Kamala and Tim are relatively similar IQ. She might be a few points higher.
JD is objectively intelligent. Whether people like him or not is another question. He seemed quite kind during the debate.

When she was anointed by the left, she was new and not Biden. As time goes on, she has been introduced to the people and this is a candidate that couldn’t make it to the vote in the Iowa caucus. She has all of Biden’s liabilities and is perceived as a lightweight with no ability to voice policy positions. The more she talks, the better for Trump.
You can tell her internal polling is sliding because she is doing a media blitz but with super friendly hosts on sex shows to talk about the one issue she can talk about. Walz did his first real interview yesterday and it blew up with him faced to his lies. I think it’s a coin flip race right now.

Obama was extremely charismatic. I live in a red state that Obama won twice, so I saw the unusual political support up close.
But I’ve never seen the obsession with a politician that I’ve observed with Trump supporters. The amount of signs, flags, rallies, etc far outnumbers anything in the Obama years.
