First of all, Chipotle is $7. So its the same gd price point as Subway and you get food that isn't made from cheese product and buttholes.

Second of all, only a poor would think that a regular joe establishment like Chipotle was hipster.

For the reasons wooly listed above, Chipotle is most definitely a hipster place. Hipsters may shy away from popular trends because society says they're popular, but they have to eat too. You can't fit into skinny jeans and maintain less than 5% body fat eating Taco Bell. They eat healthier, so they go to Chipotle.

East Side Pockets in Providence is the best fast casual food I've ever eaten. It's on Thayer Street just off of Brown University's campus. Thayer Street is quite literally the most hipster place east of the Mississippi. Indie movie theater, thrift stores, Army-Navy surplus store, hookah bar, Brown's bookstore, a restaurant of every non-white nationality, etc.
