Pitt took the opening KO and ripped off 50 yds in 6 plays before fumbling the ball away on USF's 33.
USF seems to well in the turn over category. I can't remember which game it was, but I heard their Defense had 5 takeaways in it.
Pitt's pretty close to being 4-0. Maybe they aren't as bad as we all think they are? Look good so far against SF.
What outcome is best for the Irish? In my opinion, I think the best possible outcome is that USF and Michigan win their respective conferences. So in this case I would say that USF winning is the best outcome for the Irish.

Just saw the banner at one end of Pitt's stadium that says "Nine Time National Champions". Is that true? I was not aware that Pitt had that great of a football tradition

"Among the top schools in terms of all-time wins,[24] Pitt teams have claimed nine national championships[25] and boast 87 players that have been chosen as first-team All-Americans" (wikipedia.org).
Is it just me, or does South Florida look a little slower on D then they did against ND?

I need USF by 4.
So I'm glad we didn't run into this team last week.
