Someone posted some cliff notes from being able to watch it. Confirmed what seemed to be the overall case. Want to welcome alumni back more. Mentioned for the Spring game which I think could be huge.

Uh, what is that video? Hunter Biven (?) interviewing Freeman in that kind of depth about the “state of the program” this month. Is that like some booster benefit?

Looked like a bunch of former players on a "state of the program" zoom call. Was public but was set to private after a few hours. Not sure why. There wasn't anything too salacious.

Oh I'm sure it wasn't anything salacious just looked like a high level of access/openness compared to, say, the typical weekly in-season press conference. Was just curious who the audience was.

I saw posted elsewhere he does a monthly state of the program zoom with the alumni. I suspect they put this on YT for the alumni that can’t make it, but is to remain private. It being public initially was the intern dropping the ball

This is a bit late and old but I’m sure that everyone heard about three coaches from the previous group, stated that ND qb room has no talent. The three were named but it was actually more than the three with those same thoughts but those three were seriously disliked.
Also, TB was not the qb of want but more of swing and misses with TB still interested in coming to ND. It was told to me by several, TB was the worse of three during Spring ball but bk made promises to Coan and TB. It’s been stated that TB is Reed’ guy…well, in the Fiesta Bowl, Rees ran the offense, throw the 68x without a running game and no TB? And lastly, it was stated that TB will transfer before his 4yrs are up because of his skills. He’s a dynamic runner whom would be perfect for a Flex-Bone or wildcat offense.

Question, name the last CFB team to win the championship with a run first qb after Florida…!!!

If he’s the starter at ND, I’ll cheer for him and ND to win. I’ll keep in my mind…”Dante’s coming…Dante’s coming…”

For the record, Tate is still not leaning ND but it might change. A phone call from Coach Rees and Coach Freeman held off an OSU commitment
We had McCarthy's coach on here from the beginning of that recruitment, and when ND landed Buchner he told us quite clearly that he was PISSED that ND strung him along as a contingency to Buchner and that McCarthy felt lied to. Who did they "swing and miss" on to end up on Buchner?

What's this got to do with NIL?

On the NIL subject, it will be interesting to see what percentage that are recruited by ND would still prefer money up front as opposed to something more long term? On the surface tying it to some type of public service (if true) is noble and all, but I could see that being a problem. Would it be in the contract where there is a legal obligation to perform public service? How much of a commitment to pubic service? ND athletes already have a lot on their plates with a demanding academic load and their training, film study, meetings and practices.

Wait. So coaches who left (BK, others?) think ND has no talent at QB right now (I kind of agree). TB kind of sucks which is why he couldn't take over snaps from Coan. And TB will likely transfer at some point? And OSU very much leads for Tate?

Dude my dog died yesterday, have mercy..

Sorry to hear about your dog. Loss always puts things in perspective and makes things like college football seem small. But - ND is looking good with Moore and Vizzina now, Peyton Bowen is actively recruiting for ND, and a bunch of studs are visiting for the Junior Day.

The soul of a dog, being merely sensitive in nature, is incapable of surviving the corruption of its body, and is therefore annihilated at death.

I'm going to be head in the sand guy, and say that it's crazy to think TB has no talent. That dude was so good his junior year.
I'm riding with TB12 this year, and hopefully he's able to prove what we all hoped he'd be.

Kelly was a fat, lazy fuck who had Jeb Bush energy for recruiting
Another 15th ranked recruiting class, CBK?
