The QBs were part of the Klein process and presumably the Ludwig process. But we dont know they were consulted on Parker.

I take it with a grain of salt too though.

I'm sure he was told it would be Ludwig. They all thought it would be Ludwig or they wouldn't have paraded him out in public. Shit happens. Sam's not going anywhere until after spring ball, at least. So a little time for them all to understand one another.
