Reading the espn blog it looks like KC can turn their pick in before BAL and then BAL can turn theirs in right after. Then again KC just turned in their pick and NE is on the clock. Hell I have no idea. Anyone???

I think they just lose their time and they can turn in their pick at any time but so can the team thats on the clock...

Also, Baldwin getting drafted in the first round cracks me up if they were projecting Mike Floyd in the 3rd. Those two are very even in talent level.

Something happened like this awhile ago with the Vikings, I think their times just runs out so it is classified as a pass. Then the next team can pick without the team before. Who ever gets their slip up to the desk first wins

EDIT: ACamp got it first, but hey two explanations are never bad

Ravens still got their guy and all is well in the world. Saints are having a heck of a draft.

Here's the oddest online line voter grading percentages of that Jimmy Smith Ravens pick: 37% A 37% F

So who does Rudy go to today? No one needed a TE badly enough to make a 1st round pick, but I don't expect him to last too long tonight...

P.S. How DUMB are the Panthers?

Ruddy to Cleveland at 37 or Arizona at 38. can't see him falling past that point.

Very happy the Bears got who they really wanted (Carimi) even after Angelo the eternal buffoon botched a trade with Baltimore to move up two spots. Be interesting to see if the Ravens get more compensation from the Bears than Angelo's, "I dropped the ball" quote.

Saints get a huge steal

Really? I don't think Ingram is appreciably better than Williams or Leshoure, and he has injury concerns. I think giving up a 1 & 2 to move up 4 spots is a lot. I'm happy with NE's haul there.
