Did you know...

The Irish are 17-1 all time vs UNC.

(16-2 on the field but the '08 loss in Chapel Hill got wiped)

I was going to say... I remember two losses just off memory...

Dang u old AF.

The other loss was in '60.

For real? I remember the 08 one where Jimmy threw the pick six right after halftime and I thought they got us last time... though in my mind ND loses all these games now so yeah...

Nah that game in 2014 was close, but not a loss.

I think you're revising the 2014 game. I often have to do a double take if they W or L'd that game. ND was down 14 - 0 after a Golson pick 6. ND had a bunch of TO's but Golson was Golson, looked great and horrible depending on the play and ND ended up winning 50- to 40 something.

Smoke it like it's the ND secondary....

(FTR I'm allergic to smoke and never liked drugs even before my allergy kicked it which all just means I'm a dumbass even without the mind numbing agents but hey...)

If this keeps up the ACC will end it's association with ND football and the sEC won't schedule anymore games.

Another tropical storm heading towards ND's ACC game site but a day or two late.

Saturday's weather: Upper 70's - Low 80's and partly sunny with winds 5-10 mph.

This is where I am glad Kelly is not calling the plays. We should be running the ball a lot during this game.....

It seems like these storms are becoming frequent and predictable to the point that the ACC/SEC should start coming up with a standardized work around. The constant cancellations and games played in extreme weather are becoming tiresome.

You are? LOL Me too. I went to the Clemson game and the following weekend we were supposed to camping in Santee. The entire park was washed out. The following year one week after Matthew we were supposed to go camping at Hunting Island, also severley destroyed by Matthew. So destroyed in both instances that our reservations were canceled and Hunting Island still hasnt opened for camping yet.

We are supposed to go camping after my PE exam in late Oct.

Good thing we have a good running game, no excuse to throw it 60+ times during a hurricane.

We were at Hunting Island a few weeks before Irma hit. I don't think you will camping there for awhile.

Oh - and I was at Clemson and am going this weekend. I cancelled my plans last year because of the weather. It looks like it'll be nice for Saturday - I am hoping that doesn't change.

Good thing Swarbrick outsmarted Mother Nature and scheduled the UGA series was @ ND first. The effects of Irma started hitting Athens that Saturday. I imagine UGA just got back into Atlanta before the tropical force winds hit central GA.

ND is like a magnet for these storms.

Guess where ND is next year on Oct 6th? Blacksburg Va. The Crusader 1 year Forecast calls for heavy rain, 50 mph winds and Wimbush going 7/42 for 93 yds.

Now if a hurricane hits San Diego at the end of October for the Navy game, there is something biblical to all this. (though to be fair, San Diego was affected by 5 or 6 hurricanes in 2014-2015 while I was working there. One was actually still a borderline tropical storm and did all sorts of damage along the Hop Hwy.)

I think the weather holds out just fine. Late Saturday rain at worst, most likely into Sunday though.

Some storm system running over land from the Florida panhandle all the way to RDU isn't going to be anything to write home about anyway. Stoked to get some rain though, been dry here.

Hmmm. Rain and win = ND has to run the ball instead of airing it out

Oh the humanity of it all...

There you go...another reason why BK should be fired. If we just had 11 Back up Qb's we would be playing for the Natty every single year
He should be. It shows he can't get the QB situation right. His backup is better than his starter.

Sounds like the Tar Heels will receive their discipline from the fake classes tomorrow at noon.
