Can someone shine a light on the official replay rules? I thought I was only for scoring plays and under 2 min? This is no-sh*t the 7-8th official review this game. Doncoaches still have challenges? This is ridiculous. All but one review (the Miami first down "catch") seem to be skewed against ND and even that one wasn't overturned even though it was clear the ball hit the ground.
