Lol, long article with Lou Holtz on Rivals. This part killed me:

I love and admire Lou' s devotion to Notre Dame and I think it's sad that people would knock him for it. He picks ND because he loves ND and there's nothing wrong with that. I'd imagine he's thinking everyone knows why he picks them.....apparently not.

Florida State football is a den of iniquity and their supporters are a collection of harlots and ne'er-do-wells. They have become what they purport to hate: the U of old. If the NCAA has any integrity left, they will hold FSU accountable for its moral turpitude and callous disregard of regulations. Florida being a death penalty state, I might recommend that as a starting point.

May an Irish victory tomorrow mark the collapse of the Whore of Tallahassee.

Whew, hyperbole is cathartic! Time to commence drinking.

Would it be terrible to tweet a fake rumor of Winston being arrested tonight just to cause some FSU fans to shit themselves momentarily?

Something like:

I can't believe what's going down at my hotel here in Tallahassee! There are like 20 cops in the lobby and they just put handcuffs on none other than Jameis Winston. Someone said he smacked Sam Ponder on the ass after an interview. They said Christian Ponder threw two punches, but one missed it's target and one was blocked.

It's b/c ESPN has made him a caricature of himself. I love Coach Holtz. Dr. Lou? Not so much. It couldn't be more patronizing & I hate that it will be his lasting image vs. his illustrious coaching career.

I'm going into the office for awhile today otherwise this will be the longest day on earth. I like these 5pm games, but my nerves don't.

Night game is an FSU advantage. By 8pm on a Saturday night, ND players are getting back from the library and putting on their pajamas. FSU players are getting prepped to go out and violate some NCAA rules.
