This is definitely one of those years that I'd rather play USC in the final game rather than week 6 or 7, regardless of whether we are home or away. I think we need them to lose another game before they quit. If they have one loss headed into our game they will ball out.

Since Carroll left, SC has been fielding glorified 7-on-7 squads. That's what happens when you recruit every 5:s: camp-circuit primadonna with an enormous sense of entitlement. But that's exactly the sort of SoCal DudeBro that the University of Spoiled Children appeals to.

So they are a bunch of Koon's, just more athletic?

I wouldn't say they're more athletic, didn't you see the how tall are you thread? And I'm a tough SOB at sports, not finesse at all. I rebound and defend like a MF for being 5'8".

I feel the exact same way about the 2nd part of your statement. Any chance they lose to ASU or Washington?

IDK anything about either team, but the USC I watched isn't going to fight once they know the playoffs are out of the picture. And our SOS really doesn't need them to be great.

I think they can lose @ ASU next week but I wouldn't count on it. I'm expecting them to lose to Oregon and/or UCLA later this year too but that has little bearing on how they will play heading into our game.

I can already smell Troy about to burn. I just hope we're the final match tossed on that dumpster.

Just like any other game... they are available around campus before the game. I was approached 100 times before the Texas game from Linebacker to Legends and everywhere in between.

What were the scalping prices you were approached with?

Not going to save anyone any money, but my local club is selling a pair at $600 as a fundraiser if you wanted to put your money towards an ND cause instead of stubhub

My wife felt safer buying from StubHub so the day before we waited and waited and tickets dropped pretty significantly. We ended up paying $600 for a pair but there were plenty of people selling tickets out front. Depends on you but if you expect to spend a good amount, you will be inside for the game.

$500 per lower bowl at 1pm.

$100 per $125 face in front of Legends 15 minutes before kick off.

All kinds of stuff in between.

Koon, I'm really debating on going down and scalping. I just don't want to get down there with my GF, or a non ND fan friend, and not find any reasonable.

I'm also scalping for the first time for USC, so that's why I asked. I hope you come down and hope it works out for all of us. I think it'll work out, but I think you'll have to pay at least $150 a ticket unless you wait all of the way til kick off and are willing to potentially miss a few minutes. I'm going to bring what I would pay for stubhub just in case some scalper happens to have really good seats for a decent price, but I want to be in before kick off so if I see OK tickets for $200 I'm taking them.

Fans will hate on teams usually because of common foes. As with U$C, being the rival they are - much 'unlike' comes from this household.

But what U$C has done for Jake, the blind long-snapper was freakin' awesome. Such a great thing to do for the kid.

Well done U$C!

Who's rooting for/against them today? If I knew we'd beat them, obviously I'd root for them tonight. But I'm not sure we beat them if they're at 1-loss because they'll have a lot to play for. So go ASU. I think.

It's like that 'love-hate- relationship I have with my Michigan fan, brother-in-law.

Tonight I root for U$C for a couple of reasons:

For Jake

For SOS

but, GO IRISH!!!!!

I've figured it out. I want them to win, but I want 7 defensive starters and their entire OL to have hamstring injuries that will sideline them for 4 week, then back to full health.
