A friend of mine just purchased a camper. We're thinking of driving up on Thursday or Friday and camping in SB before making our way over for the game. Any suggestions on camp sites? Or suggestions for mtn bike trails?

Not a bad way to do it and save yourself a ton of money, especially for a big game like this one.

Check out Riverfront Park Campground in Niles, MI. It's only about a 20 minute drive from South Bend. I've stayed there before and had a good time.

Notre Dame is 8-0 in games I've gone to at home. So hopefully they can keep the streak going some of those games were the nail bitter against Purdue in 2012 when we went to the title game, against Miami the year we won 4 games a few years back, the comeback win against Pitt last year, the horrible game against Navy with a mix of sleet/ice 2 years ago.

I love the night games. Could be because everyone is drunk and/or the "older folks" don't like them so they don't go, but the crowd is electric.

I was there in 2015 and last year against scUM and two of the best crowds I've ever witnessed.

They haven't reached the level of D-bag, self-promotion to the likes of Michigan, but they think it's going to go well from what little is out there.

Their QB/WRs combo will be top 5 in the country.

yeah on paper it looks incredible. I feel like last season they tried a variation of it against us and it allotted to 14 points, mainly because Daniels made some mistakes. I guess that's what I was hoping to find out: if the QB's are being smart, or if they are making mistakes

The scariest part of this team is what this line could turn into. They have a TON of talent on the current first team:

LT - Austin Jackson - 5*
LG - Alijah Vera-Tucker - 4.5* - Would've been Irish had HH pulled the trigger in '17
OC - Brett Neilon - 4.5*
RG - Jalen McKenzie - 3.75*
RT - Drew Richmond - 5* ------ GT'd in from Tenn.

This is Drevno's 2nd year working with them. I think they'll be a 9-3 team. Lose to ND and 2 of 3 vs Ore, Wash, Utah.

I used to call it ‘The CanUSeeEm?’

And yeah the Rose Bowl is a ten in every way but parking. Coliseum isn’t a ten in anything really. Shitty area, no parking, bad sight lines,... it does have some history to it. That’s about it
