Will also be in attendance. Will also bring a six pack to an IE tailgate if it happens.
I'll be happy to attend if I do end up at this game though. When my sister in law got married to a MSU alum they had Sparty show up to the wedding reception like this. At one point a reveler dropped a glass that shattered on the dance floor and Sparty being the blue collar hero that he is cleaned up the mess with a mop and bucket lolMy buddy’s family has been season ticket holders to the Toledo Mud Hens forever. When he got married his wife called the Mud Hens and got Muddy the Mud Hen to show up at their reception. He went nuts 😂
Ticket prices will fluctuate depending how both teams are doing leading up to the game. If possible come out a day early to check out the sites or plan on getting to campus very early to see all the sites, it is very busy on gamedays. If you go to the bookstore that could be an hour waiting in line to check out. This is gonna be my first ND game ever. Do I need to get tickets now? Or can I get them a couple weeks before the game for the same price? Also I'm planning on driving out the morning of the game from PA and then staying at a hotel east of the stadium afterwards. How long does it take to see all the sites and any good hotel recommendations east of the stadium?
Where in PA? That could be cutting it close or you’ll be leaving at the butt crack of dawn. This is gonna be my first ND game ever. Do I need to get tickets now? DuBois PA and we'll be leaving by 7am at the latest. That should be good right?Where in PA? That could be cutting it close or you’ll be leaving at the butt crack of dawn.
I would really try to get there Friday. That’s going to be an afternoon kickoff so you really won’t have much extra time once you account for parking and walking etcDuBois PA and we'll be leaving by 7am at the latest. That should be good right?
My kids went to Purdue. When ND played in West Lafayette they would be in the student section wearing their ND gear. It’s so odd when your kids grow up and start attending college. My daughter is a new freshman at NC State. She’s a hardcore ND fan obviously but is trying to support her own school too and is now buying us NC Stae apparel for gifts. I have tickets to this Thursdays NC State/ECU game but I think I’ll just wear a white shirt haha
Bookstore lines remind me of Chick-Fil-A. Incredibly long but they run those cash registers like the damn navyTicket prices will fluctuate depending how both teams are doing leading up to the game. If you want to see “most” of the sites and a couple of traditions you need to be on campus at least by noon. You need to factor in up to half an hour to park and walk to the stadium.I would really try to get there Friday. So you plan on being there hopefully before kickoff? Traffic starts to get crazy and parking sucksDuBois PA and we'll be leaving by 7am at the latest. That should be good right?
From Dubois, IN. Will be in SB for the NC St. game as well.DuBois PA and we'll be leaving by 7am at the latest. That should be good right?
lol. I never EVER go to the bookstore on game day or weekend. I always go during the week. Usually a Tuesday or Wednesday but I have the luxury of only being 2 hrs and 7 minutes away. 🤪Bookstore lines remind me of Chick-Fil-A. Incredibly long but they run those cash registers like the damn navy
Oil City! Hey neighbor!DuBois PA and we'll be leaving by 7am at the latest. That should be good right?
Directions are easy too. Hop on I-80 and go straight until the stadium exit….☘️Dubois is a 7 hour drive. Unless it’s not possible, I’d definitely leave on Friday.
I haven’t been in the bookstore on game day for years. Wall to wall people doesn’t make it enjoyable in any way. However, it should be experienced by everyone at least once.lol.
