Are the 'targeting' calls reviewed like a play on the field, whereas you assume the call was correct and need indisputable evidence to overturn?

Or when they look at the 'disqualification' calls, do they look at it and assume nothing and just determine it based on what they see?

Let me know if this doesn't make sense.

Answer: Yes, they are ALL reviewable. The referee meetings we are told, and I quote, "On a helmet-to-helmet hit, throw the flag".

In high-school it is a bit different since we do not always have reviews in the booth. Next year that is supposed to change but we will see. Div III does have the technology in place.
