Maybe not but he is criminally underused at ND. He would look better in literally any other offense.

Couple years of some good runs here and there and then a bunch of avg to bad teams? Lucky VT isn’t very good either. Yeah they may win 9-10 this year, but basically beating no team that is above avg.

Claypool is pretty good, but I feel like any other season he'd be a #2 option. Decent possession receiver, but not making big plays after the catch. He's not really better than the #1 receivers we've had previously under Kelly. He's not the real problem though, it's the drop off among the other skill players. They're not getting open that often, when you look they're not beating man coverage.
