You're assuming a lot. Taking that for granted is like playing w/ fire which is what this team has been doing all year...it caught up to them the last three games w/ no end in sight. I won't be surprised if they lose out incl tonight. Vegas was right when they gave ND a 10% chance of winning these last three games. That's who I should listen to vs the fans like me who predict another blowout win.

So obviously the answer is to put in another redshirt freshman who doesn't have the benefit of said defense. Super smart.

Experience is overrated. Some guys come in their redshirt freshman season and set the world on fire. If you have a highly rated freshman and a senior who blows, you play the freshman. I'm not saying that's the case with Golson and Malik, but at some point experience isn't enough to justify the "WTF" plays.

Your argument would have had them start Tommy every game in 2012.
