Can someone explain why teams with actual athletes don't run the Navy offense? I feel like Golson-Folston-Bryant-Cam could run for 400 a game with this playbook.

The guy who caught it is Navy's leading receiver on the year.
Now has 3 catches on the season.

I think it's because it's almost impossible to recruit actual athletes if you run a Navy type scheme.

Yes pass int., but if we want to be a top 10 or top 5 team we can't let them march down right in our face over and over and over with zero stops.

Blame the refs?? How about stopping them on the 10 previous plays.

I'd be fine if we stopped playing them every year. This isn't 1400 Asia where if someone saves your life, you follow them around for the rest of yours doing them favors, lol.

Even Holtz gave it up because he had trouble recruiting skill athletes. The highly touted recruits want to play in an NFL offense. When Holtz got to South Carolina he didn't run an option offense.
