Makes sense. Cooks coached cb's at wisconsin before he came here. Chuck Martin is Chuck Martin. Dude was a head coach at GV. Kelly has a baller defensive staff, no doubt.

Aslong as Hoke doesn't **** the bed, he'll get 4 years atleast...probably 5. Urban won't be gone from the game that long. He'll be coaching in 2012 somewhere...it won't be long before he gets the itch, he knows he could be one of footballs legends.

Yup, the primary reason he was there was to be the featured speaker at the coaches clinic. ESPN just happened to tack on this little college tour thing for him while he was up this way.
Anyways, let's get off the Meyer topic, the chances of him coaching at ND again within the next 5 years are slim to none. His next stop will likely be OSU in 2012 or 2013 depending on how quick the NCAA moves in slamming Tressel.

Ha yea, it would be a little disconcerting if our veteran OL wasn't pushing around an 18 year old with no real technique to speak of.

- ND gained a new Walk-on RB from it's tryout: Former Illinois LB Tyler Plantz, who played for Providence Catholic.
- Another addition was WR Ryan Liebscher
- ND has some new adidas gear, shown here with Dayne wearing new tech-fit pants: Ryan Grooms's photos | Plixi
- Also, Trevor Robinson dropped 15 pounds of fat this off-season and added 15 pounds of muscle, per Warinner. "He's a whole different animal."
- Rivals asked OL coach Ed Warinner which back-ups could be trusted to play right now: Christian Lombard, Andrew Nuss and Mike Golic
