Great game last night, coupled with the Spurs-Thunder game. Great sports night and on a Monday at that.

Heartbreaking for Buffalo. Montreal is 6-0 after a loss in the playoffs so far.

Man, what a fucking wagon the Knights have turned into in the playoffs. Just a defensive masterclass. MacKinnon held scoreless with only 2 points in the entire series. Basically every attempt at an o-zone entrance by Colorado in the 3rd was straight into the teeth of a buzzsaw.

The Knights have an argument for the best run organization in North American sports since their inaugural season.

Yeah, honestly the team made it way farther than I would have ever imagined just like 5 weeks ago. Not upset they lost, but I am a little upset at the seeming lack of effort for large stretches of the series starting in the third period of game 3. Carolina definitely wanted it more, so hats off to them, they deserved it. Brind-Amour is a pain in the ass to be going against, but he's an absolute dawg and his team reflected his personality.

Moving forward, Vegas needs to really figure out a long term goalie situation. Maybe it's Hart, I don't know, but the lack of a clear answer almost derailed the entire season this year.

What the hell is Kyle Davidson doing?... That trade is horrendous. It's Bowen Byram, not Cale Makar FFS.

4OA, a 2nd round pick and Crevier is an insane overpayment. Byram is not the guy people were projecting him to be when he was 19. Both Colorado and Buffalo understand that. Davidson is a moron.

Davidson has consistently made trades that I thought were bad value, but I went along with the general sentiment of positive feelings.

Now there is no escaping it. The man is simply out of his league.

My only hope is they fire him before he has a chance to do more damage at the trade deadline

Davidson better hope and pray they can sign Byram to an extension since he's entering the last year of his contract. If he walks after 1 year, holy shit, his ass better be fired. If Im Bedard, id seriously be thinking about finding somewhere else to call home
