It just annoys me the last two guys (Urlacher and Olin Kreutz) who are "Ring of Honor" caliber guys were allowed to walk literally minutes before their retirement.

Not a terrible move, but not one that's really gonna help us. I would've liked to resign Glover Quinn personally.

Exactly. I really thought it was a typo when the ESPN bar had "3years" in it. He may have a hard time playing 3 games at this point.

How much is guaranteed? If the texans were smart they hopefully back ended that 16mil.

Reed's old, but he's actually held up quite well over the years.

The problem with the Texans is that they lost DeMeco Ryans, Mario Williams, Eric Winston, Jacoby Jones, Vonta Leach and Bernard Pollard all for future cap room in anticipation of some mythical Super Bowl run that's never going to happen. Now they're just going to look foolish in hindsight.

Bears need to draft best OL available IMO, and Ill be a pretty miffed if they don't. Lots of mocks have Eifert going to them still even after a TE signing.
