Sorry mods, I got carried away and accidently put Scola's name in the title. Still don't know who it is yet.

Might wanna change this. Sorry.

Check with NDinLA, I'm legit

Nothing for sure, but I would bet my house on Scola. 4 ballots is too quick to see the front runner not win.

Isn't scola relatively more conservative than other candidates? Not the direction I think they would go in

The Cardinals were actually making a Harlem Shake video in the Sistine Chapel

I'm going to need some of that great Catholic doctrine speak from that other thread.

Am I correct in saying that the vote of the Cardinals is believed by Catholics to be the direct will of God, when they finally get a Pope?

The Holy Spirit guides the Cardinals into electing a new Pontiff.

HAHA. The insider/TP posts about made me fall out of my chair. My co-workers gave me a funny look when I just started busting out laughing. Well done.

I'm not expert, but I wouldn't say the direct will of God. Rather, the Holy Spirit (aka God) guides the Cardinals to there choice. That's not saying the Holy Spirit guides every Cardinal the same way; I think the one Cardinal could interpret the "guiding" as one candidate while another Cardinal view it as another. Also Cardinals are human, and are not 100% going to choose who they feel should be elected (though hopefully they do- though it wasn't in the Medieval/ Renaissance times).

Im not an expert, but I did sleep at the Morris Inn last night (well not really since it is under construction...).
