If you had a screen capture program like Microsoft Expression Encoder 4 Screen Capture, you can just record what you see on your computer. I know it could be a lot of work, just throwing it out their though.

C'mon Salty. You can do this. Its 4th and goal on the 4 yard line with IC in the backfield. Do you check off the play with 9 in the box to hit Massa with a fade or feed the beast?

(Not sure why in the hell we would have Massa in but that's what just happened)

If you really want to be able to download videos, I suggest using RealPlayer and RealPlayer Video Downloader. Really easy to use and works well.
