It's clear kelly is clueless and Longo doesn't have these boys strong enough.

OMG why isn't bryant playing!?

We're basically a 2 star mac team.

That was a good first half. We got lucky on that fake FG. Play calling for the most part has been good. ST has continued to be bad. Need the defense to man up and get a big stop or a turn over. And we have o i repeat 0 turnovers!!!!

I am impressed with Zaire!!!

I'm not surprised by this at all. Keep grinding in the second half. Make the adjustments to make them throw the ball. Excellent, balanced half on O. Psyched to see the second.

We have to stop the run in the 2nd half.

At least limit the huge chunk gains. As much as I would like to see our offense take it into field goal range minimum on every drive something tells me LSU D will force a punt or two.

Not turning over football and run D priorities of 2nd half.

Couldnt agree more zero turnovers and take away the long runs. We got this!

Tough call but review didn't find conclusive proof without a shot of the knee.

I also think the camera angle was deceptive...camera was slightly behind the ball, so it is going to make it look like the ball clearly broke the plane...it may have but it was not as clear as that angle made it look...then add in the knee...just not enough evidence to overturn the guys on the field...

Even though LSU got down to the GL, the defense started picking it up in the second quarter. Hope it continues in the second half. Would love to get a stop in the first series then get a score. Set the tone for the rest of the game.

BTW.....LSU is not faster than us.

We just dropped 258 yards of offense on the best defense in the SEC with only four drives. It realistically doesn't get much better than that half.

My sentiments exactly.

Top 3 disappointing players this year
1. koyack
2. Golson
3. Romeo

Koyack has been mainly used as a blocking tight end and he's been open in the middle numerous times going unnoticed by our QB. That is not a disappointing player to me.

Hopefully our defense comes ready to play (And of course our offense) the 2nd half. I have a feeling LSU is going to be pissed after that goal line call.

I am very impressed by Malik's composure. He is very in control and calm. This is exactly what we needed. He certainly isn't wide eyed and the game isn't too big for him. I know it's early, but I like his presence. He's going to be a good one.

When we fire Kelly, do you think Miles would consider coming to ND? Anyone? Bueller?

On another note, how the hell does LSU not develop quarterbacks with all the offensive talent they send to the league. I know Russell was good, but these teams are loaded yearly.

We need to keep moving the ball and put pressure on LSU's offense. They were feeling it a little down there on the goal line.

I noticed that too. Just the way he carries himself. Very confident.
