Why was that CB playing so tight? The receiver just blew past him with ease. And what was the safety doing cheating to the left?? It's not like he was going to be able to come over and make a play on that side.

Absolutely gut wrenching for Georgia.

Crazy tempo swings on the last four plays: (1) Fromm takes a huge sack; (2) Blankenship still makes the FG from 51 yards; (3) Tua takes an even worse sack; then (4) throws the game winning TD.

Congrats to Bishop and Tommy.

It is rare to go from a situation where it looks like one team will win to where the other team will win in a single play. Especially in football. I thought was Bama was done after the big first down loss.

I may have told this story, on here, but I went to one of Tua's games, last year, because his high-school is a rival to my alma mater. It's also one of the bigger Hawaii games, each year. As I watched warm ups, I told my wife "this kid has the best deep-pass of any QB I've seen play in Hawaii... ever. Amazing."

His throws were so pure, he was hitting kids in stride on forty-yard fades. No effort, just lofting it out there. It looked just like that last pass.

I hate Bama, but I love watching a Hawaii-kid ball out. Way to go, Tua.

Same. A win probability tracker would have been amusing there. Big swing in Bama's favor after Fromm's sack, then even after Blankenship's long FG. Even bigger swing in UGA's favor after Tua's sack, then suddenly 100% 'Bama.

Just thicker tears from UGA fans.

The recruitniks patting themselves on the back for ranking Bama’s freshman that had big games high is a hilariously piddling sight. No profession that tries to insert themselves in a conversation more.

I've thought for a while now that with an elite QB, Bama would be nigh unbeatable. And now they might finally have one. Fucking hell.

Bish and especially 3T, very happy for you guys. Congrats guys.

Thanks! Unfortunately I got called into work for an emergency and didn't get to see a bit of it, but did keep up with it as much as possible on my phone. UGA was better prepared, had a better game plan and just out executed us most of the game, but somehow we pulled off a miracle comeback. Exciting game. I'll take the win.

Of all the games Saban's coached at Bama, I think this was his crowning moment. To hold this team together when we were all but toast, make the bold move to bench Hurts and put Tua in, and somehow pull this comeback off was his best single game coaching performance ever, IMHO.

I'll hold judgement till we get more tape on him. Think its safe to say no one saw him getting any PT today.

I was watching the game tracker on ESPN on my phone and the win probability tracker was all over the place and back & forth down the stretch and in OT. Honestly, I thought we were toast most of the game. Still can't believe how it worked out, especially after the huge sack in OT. This game took a few years off my life. :)

I agree. As much as I hate Bama and Satan, they do what has to be done to remain competitive, and Satan does what he has to do to win. The second half adjustment was masterful and the balls to bench Hurts was ice cold, and the right call.

I guess the silver lining to Bama winning another one is that Bishop and and TTown are happy.

Late the party, but Roll Tide Roll! I knew UGA had a choke job in them, I knew it. They ain't champions.

I'm now back to regularly scheduled programming and hate Alabama once again. But for one night they did me a solid.

How do you guys feel about ND after watching the game? Bama's front 7 is so far beyond everyone else's besides Georgia.

Bama looks like they have 5 Tillerys they rotate, but they're all on steroids and look like they're 27. They don't even look human compared to other college kids.
