I legit think the Blazers are going to get to the Finals. Nurkic makes a huge difference.

They'll need to improve a ton on defense. They are really bad defensively if you look at the stats. The amount of open shots the Lakers just straight up missed doesn't inspire me with confidence.

Reps for the optimism. Honestly, I think they're a healthy wing away from it. I think they are playing some of the best basketball in the NBA but McCollum isn't healthy and Lillard will get tired. Nurk being back is huge and he does such a great job of playing inside out. His passing is very underrated. But like Grey said, they are rough on the defensive end and they just don't have a wing to play opposite Lillard at the present. McCollum is just to spotty and while Melo has been clutch AF, he hasn't been consistent

Playoffs have been fun so far, with the exception of the Mavs game that was ruined by the refs. If the Lakers can't find anyone who will hit an open shot I don't know how they'll get to the Finals. Danny Green going 2-8 from 3 with basically all of them being wide open was annoying as a basketball fan. Most of those attempts had the defensive pressure of warmup shots. Lebron and AD are getting swarmed at the rim because no one respects anyone else's ability to make an open bucket.

Lebron with the super casual 23 points, 15 assists, 17 rebounds while looking rusty. The man does not age. Dame exploding late in the 4th was fun to watch.

He's starting to show signs of running out of gas toward the end of the game.

I really don't care if they make it to the finals, but I'd absolutely love to see them send LA home. I still think it's a Clippers/Bucks finals, but nothing would surprise on either side.

I have to say, I'm enjoying the bubble aspects with no home field advantage for anyone.

Bucks?
Have they won a game since the Bubble started?
Have you seen how poor they're playing?

I am not a Lebron hater, but I'm not a Laker lover, so sentiment wants me to see them win it for Kobe. Which was the end of January yet seems like 100 years ago.

Dame is a joy to watch. Really love his game.

I just want the Celtics to get eliminated as soon as possible.

I hadn't considered it during the regular season, but the Mavs series has really underscored how the Clippers might be the most unlikable team in recent memory. Self appointed "Playoff P" Paul George, Lemon Pepper Lou, Marcus "female tendencies" Morris, certified asshole Pat Bev, Joakim Noah. Then to top it off you have Doc Rivers as Head Coach, a guy who always seemsto coach whiney teams, with Steve Ballmer as crazy owner.

Maybe it's just because the Mavs team is so likable, but damn I realized I don't like basically anyone who play for the Clippers tonight lol.

Luka has basketball white people the happiest they've been since Wisconsin knocked off the unbeaten Kentucky Wildcats.

Seriously, though, what a player. All that hype about him prior to the 2018 Draft. He's living up to the billing.

As a Pacer fan, I can tell you that Paul George let some of that early success go to his head rather quickly. He started talking about being the leader and one of the best in the league and seemed to concentrate way too much on what was written and said about him rather than playing. It affected his play and ability to handle pressure. He's fine until the big moments or playoffs come around.

If he actually pulls off this series I'm thinking he'll be the face of the league in 5 years.

This didn't age well.

LOL. Rough night for the Blazers.

Paul and Schroder were awesome for OKC yesterday. Great game. Houston just kept jacking up threes. Shaq, Kenny Smith and Barkley were talking after the game about how at some point somebody just needs to go the basket when the shots stop falling.

Chris Paul is still the guy down the stretch, but Schroder would be starting for a lot of teams.

Brutal few games for the Zers. I wasn't going to say anything because I was on the hype train as well.

Seems pretty clear that they just ran out of gas. They started the playoffs 2-3 weeks before the rest of the league and that seems to be showing now.

76ers fired Brett Brown.

Embiid and Simmons are all that remains. Wasted a lot of potential and they are a great example of asset failure. They were set up to have success.

Definitely wasted a lot of talent but that was the wrong matchup for them at the wrong time. With Simmons out and Horford having to guard a Wing, they were going to get shredded. Which they did. Tough matchup.

On a 1-10 how funny will it be if the Mavs knock out the Clippers?

7. Hilarious and would be fun to watch, but I might feel cheated out of a Lakers Clips series. I guess it would depend on how competitive the Mavs would be with the Lakers.

If you think about it though, the Clippers are lucky its tied up at 2. The two games they won were both competitive but Porzingis got thrown out early in Game 1 on a BS technical and Luka sprained his ankle in Game 3 and had to leave the game. It could easily be 3-1 Mavs right now.

Took the words right out of my mouth. As much as I wanted to see the Blazers pull of the miraculous upset and I love what Luka is doing to the Clippers. It seems like a massive heavyweight bout would be missed if we didn't get Lakers/Clippers.

My Pacers went out without a whimper. Missing Sabonis and O still working his way back didn't help.

Anyone but the Lakers.
