These rankings are whack in some instances. 24/7 going a little nutso with their rating philosophy, IMO. How many programs consider Kyle Allen comparable to Hand or Peppers? Very, very few. How many would have Matt Elam as a 5? Probably none.

Its seems as though the sites are trying to create contrast from each other that way they standout, I guess.

That's exactly what they are doing. The problem is that there isn't any accountability. No one does some statistical analysis of how accurate their projections are because there really isn't a good way of doing it. So there is no risk for these sites to do something crazy and there is a huge reward because guys like us are talking about it and clicking on their links.

The thoughts from the guys at BOL on where Bama is with some of their targets and some of the players mentioned that are still on the Irish board.

Nuggets:

-Elam was very emotional and twice said aloud that he thought Alabama is the place for him. Hardest thing for him is going to be telling the Kentucky faithful he is wanting to leave the state. Mom gave her blessing for him to come to Bama.
-Evans seemingly likes the OLB spot we are pitching more than the Rover spot AU is pitching. The Auburn coaches are nervous.
-Kiffin was very good in regards to Dupre's visit. He showed him how he used Lee and Woods at USC.
-We lead for Humphrey and have for a while.
-Christian Miller had a great OV and won't visit UGA.
-Bo is solid and made nice classroom progress while at IMG. Still needs to finish strong.
-Chad Thomas is visiting.
-Saban and Greg Brown are going to visit Dominick Jackson and Damien Mama this week. We are out of it for Juju Smith.
-They are also going to see Ricky Town who will be in Tuscaloosa for the entirety of his Spring Break and A-Day.
-The staff saw a bunch of 2015 guys last week like Payne, Settle, Kerryon Johnson and Tyler Carr.

A bit different.

Fitts committed to USC early and was planning on EEing for months. However, near the date for early enrollees to enroll, Leon McQuay III committed to USC, and he was also an EE. USC had few spots to EE, so they told Fitts he couldn't have room for him come January. Fitts decommitted because they deceived him.

Have you guys seen the players visiting UCLA the weekend of the 31st? All the John Curtis guys, Rashann Evans, Dixon SC commit, I think Quick. Davon godchaux (LSU commit). Demetrius Knox as well. Just insane all that talent.

Humphrey is showing up that Saturday as well. Could be a huge weekend for them.
