Is this going to have more legs than just a SB commercial? He sure mentioned The Dude a lot during his lifetime award speech at the last awards show.

Everybody needs more Jesus in their life.

This worries me. One of those movies that just stands on its own.

Kinda get what you're saying but there's too much to the Dude to be trapped in a single movie. It's like if Darth Vader had only appeared in the first Star Wars.

More Dude is more better but... yeah, well, you know, that's just like uhhh, my opinion man.

A Tarantino/Coen mash up zombie flick with the Dude & Walter fighting off Zombie Donny and his minions in humanity's last stand while trapped in a bowling joint called the AlleyMo.

Of course The Jesus saves the day when it's revealed in the closing scene he's well, THEE Jesus.

Yup. I'll take the risk for more dude. All this chat has me locked in for a rewatch this weekend. Normally always watch over Christmas break, and did not have time this year.

and... more naked Maude please.

I bet none of these movies stands the test of time and no one will be talking about them 10 years from now.
Yeah it happens most years though. Moonlight from 2016 is fairly forgettable imho, and I still can't believe that Argo won back in 2012. Same for the Artist the year before.

The AAs mean literally nothing to me and haven’t for at least 15 years,... it’s a total shit show imo

I personally have to go back to 2007 (The Departed) and 2008 (No Country for Old Men) for movies that I think will stand the test of time.

Prior to that, movies seemed to be pretty damn strong. The last 10 years though have been weak sauce. Very weak sauce.

Saw Vice last night. Was fine, a B- in my book. Not remotely worthy of Best Picture. Of everything on the list I've seen, The Favourite has been head and shoulders better.

Saw the Upside with the lady this weekend, it was a pretty good movie, not bad at all for a date night. Kevin Hart played a more serious role than usual but still plenty of laughs.

I haven't been more upset in a very long time and even cried.
Gosnell: America's Biggest Serial Killer
I have 3 kids and my ex-wife wanted to abort our 2nd. I can only thank God I talked her out of it, even If it may have cost us our marriage.

at the end of the movie, it will give you a link with pictures. I choose not to share on here. You should watch the movie first.

I've never seen Tombstone before and noticed that it was on Hulu. Fantastic movie.

Wyatt Earp with Kevin Costner is also a great story of the man-the mith-the legend.

I'll have to have a look at Tombstone. I've been getting into "Westerns" and the push west due to the magnificent series Deadwood.

Probably the worst of the 2 one on the two list

Inception and Blade Runner... WoWS is way overhyped imo also, too long and not one of the better movies from Leo or MS. I haven’t see the entire list tho admittedly. SN threw me in a way few films do. I was prepared for some shitty teeny bopper movie about how cool FB is. Instead I got a fairly well made legal drama.

Wait are you saying Blade Runner and Inception are the worst two on either of those lists??
