Compton has a love/hate with ND. He wanted to go to ND but Weis offered him as FB. A tad of resentment but mostly love, especially in Shane’s presence

• Riley Leonard's execution and confidence all game (not perfect but mostly composed)
• Faison looked so damn good
• Love is unlike any player I can remember in an Irish uniform. The thinnest crease or negative play can be flipped in a blink

The only negative from yesterday is the condition of campus. Library quad and the stadium lot got absolutely destroyed. Piles and piles of garbage including broken glass everywhere. I don't know if that's normal and I've just never noticed but it felt like the university's event staff was completely overwhelmed.

They also totally lied and never sold half of the concessions that they were advertising for the game in the app.
