My sentiment remains the same.I do hope you understood that this particular Indian who was stabbed multiple times is Muslim. Just want to make sure.

Daley, why don't we just go back to Boss Tweed and New York's Tammany Hall and James Michael Curley and the Irish immigrant voters. It's 2026 FCOL.LOL - All the enlightened on here that think Dems stopped cheating after Daley won it for JFK. Republicans have known they have to beat the cheat for decades. Amazing when a state cleans up their process it gets redder. Not that Rs are immune to grift but GTFOOHWTS on elections currently having integrity. One day, show your ID, count up the paper ballots that night. It is laughable people defend the current shitshow.

I mean Republicans have done a lot already to help minimize any voting tomfoolery with like one polling place for an entire city that's open from 10am to 3pm.
The shit show is "the vote has been compromised" bullshit this admin is pushing down our throats.
And btw, I truly believe that Tech Bros. like Musk helped Trump cheat going all the way back to 2016.
That's why he's so pissed about 2020 - He and his crony cheaters didn't anticipate massive mail-in ballots due to COVID and that thwarted their 2020 plans to pop the cork.
No issue with that, but leave it to the STATES to decide, and FCOL, why do we not give people the day off and have long enough hours and enough polling places to accommodate everyone? And of course, any polling place interference is prohibited. Thanks for reinforcing my point. Cheating and elections go hand in hand.
LOL - election denier! Mail in was and continues to be the most easily defrauded vote method in the world. In person, one day - why is that so threatening to some folks?
I've never understood the entire day off to vote thing. It's not necessary and doesn't benefit either side over the other, so it's not a way to help one or the other. You can't shut down the country for a day. Most people still want to go out to eat, buy groceries, there's business to attend to, and etc. Giving everyone a partial day off or a few hours seems more than sufficient to accomodate everyone. No issue with that, but leave it to the STATES to decide, and FCOL, why do we not give people the day off and have long enough hours and enough polling places to accommodate everyone? The teachers union should be aggressively busted at every opportunity. This is a total insane scam.Naive boomer statement, IMO. Teacher's union plays for keeps.

Not sure which thread to drop this in. Makes me wonder how many jurors didn't call the FBI. Diversity is our strength!
I agree. It is a bit curious the attention crimes by immigrants receive in comparison, though…Doesn’t matter what color or nationality they are. Lock them up.

“Diversity is our strength” doesn’t leave much to the imagination.
Doesn't matter if the illegals are here from El Salvador, China or Denmark. You could see this through the lens of the average American who isn't excited about taxpayer money subsidizing illegals (healthcare, housing, etc), even moreso illegals who come here and commit crimes.I agree. - I am for legal immigration.
- I am for the deportation of those who have illegally entered the United States, regardless of criminal history.
- I may be for a resolution where some, not all, who have demonstrated the ability to pay taxes and be productive members of society can receive a pathway to USP status. Dependent on how it's written up.
Are there any biblical consequences of people breaking immigration law and receiving good/ services at the expense of another person? Thou shall not steal, thou shall not murder, etc.To state an alternate position on this class of issues: I neither "desire to import more poor people" nor "desire to throw more poor people out." My position is based upon a form of personal empathy and right-living which, through my Catholicism, says: If any persons arrive in my life, treat them as fellow human souls deserving of charity ... and certainly not as hostiles nor animals. I am for legal immigration, absolutely. I am for facilitating legal immigration in amounts greater than MAGAs (apparently.) I am not for assuming the "unproven worst" about anyone.
I wasn't referring to your responsibilities, but to those who knowingly broke our laws and receiving goods/ services at the expense of others. Do they hold any responsibility here? Are they not to blame? Your statement made it sound like the onus was solely on the US.It's not about dumping my responsibilities. ... weird damm response to me. Human interaction is a personal morality issue.
