Nominations and Rules time.

So far these are the rules that I have come up with.

- Era: 1960 to Presesnt
- Have to be over 75% American if in a group or band. (Open for discussion)

He is in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and one of the greatest guitarists of all-time. I think you are in the minority on that one.

Just because you're in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame doesn't make you rock, please see N.W.A. and Tupac.

I have no problem adding them if that is what the majority want.
