My major caveat to this whole thing is... why is the video chopped? Clearly, they were screwing her over somehow. Clearly. There is no other reason why it would start with her being pissed off and threatening to sue. And parking can be some shady shit.

*Assuming the parking attendant was just doing her job and doing it correctly. For all I know, in the huge chunks of video that are missing she was talking tons of crap at her.

"Having a moment," like snapping at somebody and/or making a rude comment, is one thing. I've been frustrated and made some sort of comment or acted in a way that might have made someone's day worse in the past.

But what this chick did was more than just a moment. This was a clear display of her attitude towards other people. There is no other way to explain how she just keeps going and digging deeper for insults and snide comments.

If you listen to the video, the attendant tells her that she turned it on. McHenry was well aware that she was being recorded. Seems like she turned it on because of McHenry's behavior.
