IB interviewed Marcus Freeman today.

They said they pressed him on Price & whether he is 100% healed or 100% ready to play.

Freeman told them that Price was 100% as before he was hurt & is 100% cleared to practice & play & will be the same game 1 as before his injury.

1) That’s a ridiculous fast recovery from the injury he had.

2) That’s the equivalent of adding a 5 Star RB to the rotation.

I’m just going off what the ND staff said about him before his injury. They thought he was the best RB on the team, as a true freshman.
Yes you could clearly see he was the best RB on the team he was explosive in the spring game

I saw that and I hope that’s true, but coaches say a lot of things about their players’ injury status. This would land in the “literal miracle” category if he was 100% ready to go and the same person he was as a recruit after that injury.

Does anyone remember what Freeman was saying about Diggs’ health last fall camp?

We should wait until Tom Brady comes out with his Nike brand. Makes about as much sense as putting a jumping Michael Jordan on our beautiful uniforms.

Public tickets go on sale tomorrow at 6pm ET.

USC and OSU are both sold out, no surprises there. The rest of the home slate....meh.

Don't know if it's been discussed but apparently ND football is doing a mentoring program with former and current players. Tim Brown mentoring Tobias Merriweather

Good to hear one of my old favorites Mikey Floyd might be finally getting the mentor he needs and deserves- I assume Jayden Thomas?

Pretty pumped. Moved to NC for work and just got one NC State and one Duke ticket.

A little skeptical as WVU hasn’t been great at finding (or maybe just landing) talent in that time frame. Parker knows him though, so I suppose giving him the benefit of the doubt can’t hurt
He also spent 10 years advance scouting in the NFL.
His job at ND will to be advance scouting younger HS kids to pass on & possible portal transfers.
He is well qualified for the job, & every analyst I’ve heard has been very happy with this hire.

I just got some very positive feedback from a buddy of mine that used to coach with him.
