About the flea flicker, that was Tommy Rees first play as a freshman against Michigan I believe. LB bit on the fake but recovered in time as the receiver was running toward him (closing) and reached out in front of the receiver for an INT.

Gutsy call like the end of the Tulsa game. Similar result.


A stronger, smarte Wood on a rush behind a better OLine.

Really though, Shotgun, 3 wide, Golson is so pumped up he misses a read and doesn't throw when maybe he should, keeps it, rolls out right and gets 24+ yards, crowd goes wild, I cry.

I apparently have a mental block recalling anything about ND's first drive of the season which ended in a 7-0 lead for the opposition without them running a play.

Kelly mixed pass and run well on that first drive while we held onto the ball.

It was the second ND drive that opened with 4 Wood rushes.
