Who is this Jordan Morris character that plays for Seattle, and why is he not on the USMNT?

Every time I turn on a Seattle game, he's making some ridiculous run where he makes everyone else look slow as hell, and he's either scoring a goal or offering up a completely unselfish assist. He's got all of the speed and all of the hustle.

Is this just a case of the MLS competition being far below what he would see on the national team? Because that speed looks like it would translate to any level IMO.

Morris did a trial with Werder Bremen in the Bundesliga in January and got a contract offer. He decided to turn it down and stay in MLS (I wish he hadn't), but he has legit talent.

MLS commissioner has a "meeting" in Cincinnati scheduled for November 29, and there will be a "public event" after he gets a driving tour of the city from the Mayor. The commissioner will discuss the MLS's vision for the future, and will answer questions from fans.

I haven't grilled my insiders yet, but it's almost 100% certain that this is a Cincy-to-MLS announcement, meaning the MLS approved Cincy's use of Nippert Stadium for the foreseeable future.

Ha, I play on World Class or whatever it's called... I adjust the sliders... Legendary just isn't any fun to me (it's far too unrealistic with the cpu passing and such), the cpu gets like 70 % possession every game, even if I'm playing Partick Thistle or some such...

I normally have about 55-60% of the ball.

I should play with the sliders as well. CPU passing is absurd for sure.

I like to play realistic/sim... meaning I don't endlessly chase the ball, which on legendary seems to be the only way to win 50/50 or better possession... I'll press for a few seconds after a turnover then play passing lanes (think Argentina's NT in real life) ND23 can tell you, he's played me on online, I think my style drove him crazy as he was go, go, go the whole time... I play much slower.

Anyway, I like to possess and build realistically, when the cpu can string together 20 straight absolutely perfect passes just about every possession it's just not sim anymore... just me.

I play on WC with the passing accuracy sliders and shot accuracy and speed turned down... I do turn down the cpu speed about four notches further than mine, nothing pisses me off more than winning a ball with a forward who has 85 speed, taking off with nothing between me and the net other than the goalie and then here comes some 68 speed defender flying from behind me to take the ball back,... which was another reason I said suck it to Legendary... I just want the game to play as realistic as possible.

I don't have an abundance of experience with FIFA, so you may already be a master of sliders Acamp, but the Operation Sports community/message boards usually have reallllllly good slider discussions and community slider sets that are geared toward maximum realism. You may want to check them out if you're finding the realism to still be frustrating.

I stole a slider set for NCAA14 recently, and it completely changed the game for me, in a good way. Their community usually does a pretty good job of research, self-policing the BS, and then delivering a good product with evidence for gameplay.

Yeah I have used sliders from op sports for numerous games before... over the years I have found everyone's style is different and it's just best to find your own sweet spot with them. I'm no longer frustrated with it as I have long ago found my preferred sliders. I do think the best play for realism is found at WC though... at least in past versions, I admittedly have not even tried legendary on 17 yet.

Just got home, not surprised really, it's at Celtic Park, which is one of the more difficult venues for away teams to win in... in all sports. It's often proved a great neutralizer, even with worse Celtic squads... with that said, it's still a long way to go...

My reasonable goal is to make the Europa groups (I mean Barca and the best team money could buy are in this group so yeah) can't drop any kind of points to Mönchengladbach one would have to think. Hopefully they can get something in Germany and win at least one of the two remaining at home.

I touched on it earlier and forget the exact stat but Celtic have drawn with Barca something like three or four UCLs in a row and five out of the last six, something nutty like that.
