Would not be shocked if they flipped 2018 as well. Not saying they will, but if wrong doing is found, it could certainly happen. Supposedly FIFA already had a contingency plan for 2018 due to the Ukraine situation.

It'll be a hard international sell to give us the 2022 WC after all this, I'd expect the very next vote to be ours unless they give 2022 to another North American option, which I don't believe is out there

As much as Ihate to say it becaues i hate South American soccer... Neymar. Young, athletic, can finish easily. Obviously Messi, Ronaldo, and Neymar are in the mix.

My non homer picks

Mario Gotze. He will give me 10 more solid years of attacking football.
Paul Pogba. Young and a beast.
Memphis Depay. Even though he is going to ManU, I think he will kill it in the Prem and is just 20.

Homer picks?

Emerson Hyndman. He is just barely 19 and has already made over 20+ appearances in the Championship in an injury ridden season for Fulham. He has controlled the midfield every game he has played for the U20s.

John Brooks. Always good to have a central defender thats a stud. He has all the tools on the ball to be elite and is just 21. He has a real chance to be special if he can become better at marking off the ball.
